Customer Catalytics Launches, Empowering Growth Through Analytics and Insight

Firm Will Provide Consulting, Talent Development and Industry Commentary

Highlands Ranch, Colo. – Customer Catalytics today announced its launch as a new consulting firm on a mission to “help businesses measurably grow sales and profitability by activating value through data-driven insights, optimal customer strategy, scalable solutions and talent transformation.” The firm’s services include both structured and tailored consulting solutions to help companies understand their customers, improve experiences and operationalize the resulting strategies. Founder JP Snow, whose experience includes both analytics and business leadership roles, said, “We understand analytics as an enabler to help companies unlock the insights in their own customer data, and we know how to turn those insights into a working strategy that lasts.” The firm also offers training and coaching services especially designed for the analysts, researchers, and technical professionals responsible for strategic insights and implementation.

Customer Catalytic’s thought leadership series, Insights, also launched today. Initial articles will advocate for a renewed emphasis on customers as the path forward through today’s analytic buzzwords and talent management challenges. The first article, “Navigate AI’s Customer Impact with One Key Question” proposes a shift in mindset to better expose the real benefits and risks from artificial intelligence. Snow commented, “AI is great. We’ve used it every day to plan and start this company. However, it’s just one of the many data and analytics advancements that can help businesses understand and serve their customers. The hype around AI gets clearer when you ask what is being automated, and for whom.” The firm’s customer value model is organized around unmet customer needs as the foundation of all business opportunities. Future articles will focus on customer orientation as a driver for helping companies transform their talent. Analytically minded experts are critical to a company’s success, but they often need help developing so-called “soft skills” to better serve end-consumers and their internal clients. The Axis Z training program now in development will help functional experts develop communication and leadership skills. The training encourages knowledge workers to get “out of the page” and “into the room.” Communication skills are as important as ever, and many technical experts have some catching up to do following the pandemic. Some in their first years of professional work are giving in-person presentations for the first time, even though they have multiple years of experience in their field.
