JP Snow

As founder and principal of Customer Catalytics, JP brings
decades of experience from his leadership roles at Thrivent,
American Express, GE Capital, and most recently, Charles Schwab.
He’s been responsible for customer segments and product lines,
including strategic planning, experience development and reporting
the results.

In analytics, he’s led quantitative analysts, market researchers and business consulting teams. His pragmatic approach and drive for measurable results originated from additional roles he
held in marketing, sales, service and technology. His accomplishments include several
top performance awards in leadership, sales and service. He completed the Securities Industry institute, a professional development program sponsored by the securities industry through The Wharton School.

As a senior corporate leader and now as a consultant, JP has maintained hands-on
practitioner skills in analytics and CX development. He uses Generative AI daily to manage his company and analyze data. He’s leveraged APIs to gain insights from his own fitness tracker data, presenting the results at the Denver R User Group.

When he’s not thinking about AI or CX, JP can be found hiking and biking in his home state of Colorado. He’s also an avid reader with over 1200 online book reviews. He contributes to his local community, especially through health and wellness causes.
