Coaching – One-on-One Support to Unlock Talent

Books and group training programs aren’t always enough to help someone develop to their full career and leadership potential. Our coaching services provide personalized attention and dedicated support. We specialize in emerging leaders in analytics and technical fields looking to elevate their impact, as well as analysts, researchers, programmers and business roles who are intentional about advancing their career.

All coaching is delivered directly by our founder, JP Snow. His relevant background includes having managed hundreds of functional experts, primarily in data, analytics, client experience and technology. In his corporate career, he earned multiple leadership commendations and was frequently sought as a mentor and career coach. He’s also coached “soft skills” in settings ranging from communications training programs to high school speech and debate.

Individual Leadership and Career Coaching

One-hour coaching sessions are offered in 6 and 12-pack bundles, scheduled monthly or bi-weekly, with flexibility as needed. Coaching clients also get free intra-session support to help them implement new skills or for in-the-moment “hotline” needs.

Structured Presentation Prep 

Do you have an upcoming presentation critical for your success? Or a demo critical to your sales process?

We’ll evaluate your prepared presentation or demo, delivering immediate recommendations, a written recap and coached practice as time allows. Available in one-hour and ninety-minute formats. Ninety-minutes recommended for presentations lasting forty minutes or longer.
