Point Made sessions are a private rehearsals with live coaching. You present your real, prepared talk — the one on your calendar — as if the room were full. Then you find out what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and what to change before the day arrives. This isn’t a course on presenting in general. It’s a dry run for the one that’s coming up.

How it Works

1. A few questions, in advance.

Before we meet, I’ll email you a short set of context questions — your audience, your goal, what “success” looks like. No prep work on your end beyond the presentation you’re already building.

2. You present, live.

You run your talk or demo as if it were the real thing — 30 to 40 minutes max, as realistic as a dry run can be.

3. You get coached, on the spot.

I give immediate, specific feedback: what’s landing, what’s clouding the message, what to fix. We re-run the rough patches as time allows.

4. You get it in writing.

After the session, you receive a written recap — the key changes, in priority order, so nothing gets lost.
